Russia continues to open to destinations, but the recent surge in the number of infections, as is happening in many other European countries, may slow this process down, although national lock down is not being considered. Moreover, Russians are generally quite skeptical about the development of a vaccination against COVID-19 with more than half of them stating that they are not ready to have the vaccination, but that may change over time.
On the more positive side, flights will start to Hungary, the Czech Republic and Greece in October, both Kazakhs and Ukrainians seem to be opening up as well for international travel.
